1 General Provisions

1.1 Definition of Services

1.2 Language and Communication

1.3 Applicability
These Terms apply equally to all pages of the bss999 website, the mobile version, and any applications. Our other policies, such as the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, are an integral part of these Terms.
2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

3 Account Registration and Management
3.1 Registration Process
Opening an account on bss999 requires a valid email address, mobile number, and a strong password. During registration you must accurately provide your full name, date of birth, and address.
3.2 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account login credentials (username and password) confidential. You are responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
3.3 One Person, One Account
Only one account per individual is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found, all accounts will be closed and any earned bonuses will be forfeited. Multiple accounts operated from the same household or IP address will require a clear explanation.
3.4 Updating Information
If any of your personal details change (such as address, phone number, or email), please update them in your account settings or inform our support team. We will not be held responsible for delays or issues with withdrawals caused by incorrect information.
4 Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
bss999 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer. Availability of payment methods may vary.
4.2 Minimum Amounts
The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳500. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. No transactions below these amounts will be processed.
4.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Withdrawal requests on fully verified accounts are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. Additional time may be required if verification is pending.
4.4 Withdrawal Conditions
- Before withdrawing, the deposited amount must be wagered at least once using the same method.
- After receiving a bonus, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before withdrawal.
- Withdrawal requests will be sent to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- bss999 reserves the right to verify any withdrawal request and may request additional documents if needed.
4.5 Currency
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). Currency conversion or transactions in foreign currency are not available.
5 Bonuses and Promotions
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus (total ৳2,500); depositing ৳28,000 or more earns the maximum ৳20,000 bonus (total ৳48,000).
5.2 Wagering Requirement
A wagering requirement of 25 times (25x) applies to the welcome bonus. This means that to withdraw the bonus amount, you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.
5.3 VIP Cashback Program
bss999's VIP program has four tiers:
- Bronze: Up to 0.2% cashback per week.
- Silver: Up to 0.5% cashback per week.
- Gold: Up to 0.8% cashback per week.
- Platinum: Up to 1.0% cashback per week.
5.4 General Bonus Terms
- A player may benefit from the same promotion only once.
- Bonus offers cannot be combined with one another unless explicitly stated.
- bss999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus program at any time.
- If bonus abuse is suspected, the account may be investigated and the bonus may be forfeited.
- Each bonus offer has its own expiry date; unused bonuses will be cancelled once they expire.
6 Betting Rules
6.1 Bet Validity
A bet will only be considered valid when our system successfully confirms it and issues a confirmation message. Incomplete bets due to network issues or technical errors are not valid.
6.2 Odds Changes
The odds in effect at the time a bet is accepted are final. Even if odds change before the outcome of an event is determined, the odds at the time of placing the bet will apply. However, we reserve the right to void a bet in the case of an obvious technical error or human mistake.
6.3 Live Betting
In live betting, odds and event information are updated in real time. We are not responsible for missed bets due to connection issues. If a match is suspended or cancelled, live bets will be voided and the staked amount will be refunded.
6.4 Result Verification
The results of all matches are verified from internationally recognized sources. In the event of a dispute over results, the decision of bss999 shall be considered final.
7 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination:
- Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
- Exploiting the bonus system to gain an advantage ("bonus abuse").
- Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or promotions more than once.
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Participation in match fixing or other forms of sports corruption.
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities or errors in the platform.
- Stealing other users' account information or attempting to hack accounts.
- Threatening, harassing, or behaving abusively toward bss999 staff.
8 Privacy and Security
bss999 gives the highest priority to the security of users' personal information. We keep all data secure using SSL encryption technology.
8.1 Data Collection and Use

- If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are found.
- Upon instruction from law enforcement authorities.
10.2 Closed at User's Request
Any user may close their account at their own discretion. It is advisable to withdraw any available balance before closing the account.
10.3 Inactive Accounts

11 Limitation of Liability
bss999 is not liable for the following:
- Missed bets due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
- Delays caused by issues on the part of third-party payment services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, etc.).
- Unauthorized access to an account resulting from the user's own negligence in exposing login credentials.
- Personal financial losses arising from gambling.
- Events beyond our control (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, etc.
Our liability shall in no circumstances exceed the total amount of the transaction in question.
12 Changes to Terms & Miscellaneous
12.1 Right to Make Changes
bss999 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, we will provide notice via the registered email or on the site.
12.2 Use After Changes
Continued use of the platform after changes to the terms and conditions will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please request to close your account.

12.4 Severability
If any clause of these terms and conditions is declared invalid or unenforceable by a court, that clause will be removed and the remaining terms will remain fully in effect.
